Harvest thanks

In this week's video, as we enter a season of Harvest Thanksgiving, Bishop Richard reflects on this time when we consciously stop and give thanks for God's gracious provision.

'Thanksgiving is fundamental to our prayer, indeed to our whole Christian life.  So much flows from it.... The New Testament is full of wide-eyed wonderment at the Lord's gracious provision for us in Jesus Christ.'  Bishop Richard reminds us that the apostle Paul told his hearers to 'give thanks in all circumstances, not for all circumstances.'

'Thanksgiving ultimately reframes our attitude to life ...'.
